SQL Sync: import people from a MySQL or Postgres database

You can connect your workspace to a database, providing a convenient way to import and update people on a regular interval. With this integration, you can ensure that your workspace always reflects the latest information about your audience.

When you set up a sync, you can determine how often you want to import data. You also provide your own query, determining exactly what information you want to reflect as attributes on people in Customer.io.

Our queries also include a {{last_sync_time}} variable, providing a quick way for you to target each sync to changes made since the previous sync interval.
